Our mission is to tell meaningful stories that engage the audience and invoke a response.
Wing women
Projects with purpose, that we truly feel passionate and curious about, are what fuel our fire and where we now choose to focus our extensive industry experience. 40 years of experience between us across all genres of TV, film and content creation.
Our process-driven working methods allow us to approach each new project with fresh eyes for a truly bespoke collaboration, knowing we are always able to deliver the very best work possible. We complement each other’s personal and professional qualities, bounce off each other creatively and share fundamental values. Together we are even greater than the sum of our parts and we are driven by curiosity and possibility. We laugh every day, and consciously create a safe space for whatever we and our teams may bring along to work - with kindness, vulnerability and authenticity.
We’re based on the South East coast, and have a wide network of handpicked teams nationally and globally. We love where we live, always actively making connections near and far, collaborating with an incredible pool of diverse talent on projects that light us up and championing creative endeavours across our region. We will always support, and never exploit, up and coming talent - ensuring everyone we work with is able to feel safe and thrive in their role.
